Choose a professional host plan: Host Pro, Host Premium, Host Enterprise

One spare room fits the personal Host role on DomuPlus. Several properties need Host Pro (1 to 3 listings), Host Premium (up to 10, bulk upload, team tools) or Host Enterprise (unlimited, custom pricing). Free until 2027.

Do you need a professional plan?

If you rent out one spare room or one flat where you live, stay on the personal side: DomuPlus includes one listing. If you list more than one property, or you work for an agency, the app stops you at the second listing with "Multiple Properties Require Professional Hosting" and points you to the Host plans.

The three plans

  • Host Pro, 999 CZK per month: 1 to 3 listings, listing optimisation with AI, basic analytics, tenant quality scoring and screening, Czech compliance tools (IČO/DIČ verification), contract management with legal templates, viewing coordination.
  • Host Premium, 1,999 CZK per month: everything in Host Pro plus up to 10 listings, advanced analytics and market intelligence, bulk upload and bulk management, team collaboration, portfolio dashboard, priority support, and priority in search results.
  • Host Enterprise, custom pricing: unlimited listings, white-label options, API and CRM integrations, dedicated account manager, custom onboarding, legal consultation access. Contact sales@domuhq.cz.

Every plan is free until 1 January 2027. During the free period the button reads Subscribe Now for free and no card is needed.

What every professional plan includes

  • A listings dashboard with status per property (Draft, In Review, Published, Reserved, Rented, Suspended).
  • Applicants with a verified identity and, for room listings, a compatibility score.
  • Electronic contract signing through DigiSign (BankID or SMS code) for rental and reservation contracts.
  • Business verification by IČO: once verified, every listing you publish gets the Verified badge automatically.
  • Chat with applicants with real-time Czech and English translation.

Switching from a personal account

When you move to a professional plan the app shows "Switch to Professional Host": your personal profiles (Roommate, Renter) are deactivated. Their data is kept for 90 days; switch back within that time and they come back exactly as they were. After 90 days the paused data is permanently deleted. Finish any roommate conversations or squad business before you switch.

Billing

Monthly, by card through Stripe on the web (App Store on iPhone), cancel any time from Manage Subscription. Cancelling keeps professional access until the end of the period; after that, listings above the personal limit are unpublished but kept, so you can restore them by subscribing again. Agents do not pay: their plan is covered by the agency.

    Read the switch warning

    If you come from a personal plan, confirm the Switch to Professional Host dialog. Your Roommate and Renter profiles pause for up to 90 days.

    Verify your business

    Profile, My Hub, Business verification: enter your 8-digit IČO so new listings get the Verified badge automatically.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I have a personal and a professional account?

    Yes, with two different emails. One account cannot hold both at the same time.

  • What happens to listings above my limit if I downgrade?

    They are unpublished, not deleted. Upgrade again or delete listings to get under the limit and republish.

  • Is Host Enterprise really custom priced?

    Yes. It is sold by our team based on portfolio size and integration needs; write to sales@domuhq.cz.

  • I am an agent, not the owner. Which plan?

    Agents join an agency: the agency owner invites you and the agency plan covers you. See Agencies: dashboard, agents, and seats.
